For all classes Nursery Ballet upwards hair must be in a bun, details of how to do this can be seen in this tutorial
Ballet shoes should be bought a size bigger then the child’s normal size. Ballet shoes should not be too big, as children will not be able to point their feet properly. Ballet shoes should be a snug fit. When sewing elastics on ballet shoes you should fold down the back of the shoe, and where the crease is either side of the shoe is the position the elastic should be sewn from one side to the other. Be careful not to sew through the drawstring that runs all around the ballet shoe.
